We would like to inform our valued customers of a human error that occurred during the labeling process of these two graded cards: Sylveon VMAX (Serial Number: 3514435) and Umbreon VMAX (Serial Number: 3514436).
What Happened?
The labels on these two cards were accidentally swapped during the final stages of grading. As a result, the Sylveon VMAX card bears the label meant for the Umbreon VMAX, and vice versa.
Rest Assured:
Both cards are authentic and have been graded a perfect 10.
The only issue is the label swap, with all other grading parameters and certification numbers being accurate.
