Due to the current international situation some European deliveries may take longer than normal. The carriers are working hard to get deliveries carried out yet there are delays at this time.

Depending on your country of residence we offer several delivery services. Delivery charges vary by region, your shipping total will be calculated at checkout.

Upon your order being dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming your tracking information in order to track the status of your delivery

These shipments are for most of our products, in case of change you will find all the information in the product info

Arkezon is NOT take any responsibility if the courier will not find you at home and the parcel will not delivery . This is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a re-delivery . In case is to late and the parcel will be sent to our offices you are able to receive the parcel with a extra 5£ for the shipping . This procedure will take at least 20 working days .
