Welcome to Arkezon.com. This is the main website for Arkezon UK Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales , with registered address at Chichester UK. Arkezon owns and maintains Arkezon.com along with our related websites, and other services provided by us (the “Service”) through which users may purchase certain products. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Service, including your purchase of products via the Service.
Binding Contract
THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND ARKEZON. BY CLICKING “ACCEPT”, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND (TOGETHER, THESE “TERMS”). YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR ANY OF THE FEATURES OR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. YOU MAY NOT PROCEED TO THE SERVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND SIGNIFIED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THEM. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
Arkezon may periodically modify these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time upon 14 days’ notice. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. If a change to these Terms materially modifies your rights or obligations, we may require that you accept the modified Terms in order to continue to use the Service. Material modifications are effective upon the earlier of your receipt of notice or your acceptance of the modified Terms. Immaterial modifications are effective upon publication. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms, you must cease use of the Service. Your continued access and use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the Terms as modified.
Arkezon may terminate your use of the Sites and its contract with you if you do not comply with these Terms.
Arkezon
Products
The Service provides you with the ability to access various Arkezon products , content and services, including grading service, software, games and customised products (the “Products”). From the Service, learn about upcoming Arkezon events and promotions, and manage your Arkezon collections. All of the Products accessible through the Service are for your personal, non-commercial use only and your access to and use of them are subject to these Terms.
The Products are subject to change and, in some cases, may be subject to additional terms, policies, rules, or guidelines that we may post on or link to from the Service and that you accept (“Supplemental Terms”). For example, additional terms apply to, contests conducted via the Service.
Arkezon will notify you of these Supplemental Terms in connection with the applicable Product or otherwise. All Supplemental Terms are incorporated by this reference into, and made a part of, these Terms.
Some of the features of the Service require you to create a user profile or user account and some require you to pay a fee. Arkezon will notify you when this is required. In addition, when you access the Sites through a mobile network, your mobile network provider's messaging, data and other fees may apply.

Arkezon is a card grading company in the UK. The company limits itself to the grading and packaging of the cards. The cards inside our slabs are not an Arkezon product and are not manufactured by us. Copyright rights belong to the company manufacturing the product. We do not guarantee the value of the cards inside our slabs, we stick to the grading costs for a single card. All promotion codes have very specific rules. In order to receive the goods, violators will have to pay the cost of the product without any discount or, in the case of card gradation, the violator will have to pay the shipping costs plus packaging.

Loyalty Program . Travel with Arkezon Prizes
The destination will be random in only country part of EU . The departure airport will be the one closest to your address ( except in exceptional cases ) . Luggage and hotels are not included in the offer . The dates will be random ( up to 6 months ) with no more than 3/4 nights to ensure a non-excessive cost of hotel expenses .
